TAIWAN’S GREEN PRODUCTS PAVILLION EXHIBIT AWARD WINNING ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS IN MUMBAI

17th June 2015, Mumbai: The Green trade project will be bringing Taiwan’s  latest, award winning green technology and features to the Indian manufacturers and consumers through the 5 day "Taiwan Green Products Pavilion expo, scheduled to be held at the Inorbit Malls, Malad from 17th to 21st June 2015. The pavillion aims to spread the message to serve nature before human benefits.
The “Taiwan Green Products pavilion” is organized by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), MOEA, Taiwan, and implemented by the Green Trade Project Office (GTPO). The expo is a part of Taiwan’s environmental policy that aims to promote green products trade through building partnerships and enhancing standards of environment friendly products to various countries, thus encouraging the manufacturers and consumers to “Go Green” – to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and to Create and Use Environmentally-Friendly “Green” Products. The Taiwan green products campaign in Asia was launched in May 2014, with the first expo being organized in Indonesia. In a span of one year, the GTPO and the BOFT have organized this expo in Mainland China, Thailand, Vietnam and Turkey with great results.
The 5 day expo, scheduled from the 17th to 21st June, will be held at The Inorbit Mall, Malad and will see participation from 11 leading Taiwanese manufacturers like Well-Ling Co. Ltd., Long Chen Technology Co.Ltd., Nano-Win Technology Co.Ltd., Ge-Stream Technology Inc., Yantouch Corp., SunUp Eco Co. Ltd., Absolute Technology, Crosscarf Ltd., Paper Shoot Technologies Co. Ltd. Cashido Corporation and the Green First Corporation who will display some of the unique and innovative environment friendly consumer durable products like electronic foldable scooters, insulation coating, LED lights, solar powered USB chargers, Speakers etc.
Gracing the occasion, Ms. Emma Yang, Director, Taipei World Trade Center said, “The world is facing severe problems in terms of global warming and ecological imbalance. Taiwan is doing its part in preserving the environment for our future generations by designing innovative energy saving products. India is vast country with a huge population of young and environmentally aware citizens. We see a huge potential for our green products in an environment friendly market like India and we would like to share our success and have Indian consumers take a glimpse of innovative Taiwanese technology. We are sure the same will delight the tech savvy Indian consumers.”
The aim of the expo is to build awareness among consumers about the user-friendly and eco-friendly technology and also to encourage the Indian trade to invest in this booming segment, thus leading to development of innovative environment friendly technology. The expo is free for consumers and trade and hopes to motivate and raise awareness among the Indian masses to be socially responsible and conserve the environment and natural resource.
