PIA GRACE CELEBRATES HER BIRTHDAY BY LAUNCHING HER DESIGNER LABEL & an NGO










 

The stunning, passionate young business woman Miss Pia Grace who was a model in her kid days (has acted in several commercials), celebrated her birthday with her friends & her family at Sheesha Lounge, Andheri (w) yesterday night. The beauty with brains, inspiration for lots of young entrepreneurs who is the owner of Face Craft Creatives and models, a company founded by Ms. Pia Grace and Mr Rahul Bawankule, is also a daughter of the illustrious International Cricket Umpire Mr. P.K. Roy, who had played with Nawab of Pataudi, Kapil Dev and Sunil Gawaskar, besides grooming the careers of cricketers like Virendra Sehwag, Shikhar Dhawan and Lalu Yadav’s son.

Pia and Rahul’s  company FaceCraft Creatives And Models  have 7 different divisions like International , Indian models, International photographers, Make up and hair Creatives and Casting division, besides line production all over the world. Their agency has shot many top celebrities like Sonakshi, Jacqueline Fernandes, Karishma Kapoor, Katrina Kaif etc whereas Face Craft has shot with  top designers, top magazine covers like Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Grazia and the  Face Craft models  are the faces of brand like Lakme, Fiama di Wills, Vaseline etc. 

Pia, who is from the royal family of Kolkata, reiterated that she has also started her designer label called Pia Grace and an NGO called Pia Grace Roy & Satyajit Roy Foundation, which will take care of destitute women and handicapped kids, the latter inspired by her younger brother Satyajit Roy, who is deaf and dumb but serves as an inspiration for all  those who are handicapped. “Every person in the world deserves happiness and hence I am keen on devoting my time to improve their lives by supporting them not only financially but also emotionally,” says Pia Grace.

Mr Rahul Bawankule is the national director/producer of FaceCraft, an advertising professional and a medical graduate, with a degree in Pharma and an interest in media. FaceCraft is the brainchild of Rahul, who thinks that India has talented people and is one of the best growing markets in the world. Pia adds that the proceeds from the funds which she plans to raise by selling their exclusive designer collection shirts  for men  in Linen and cotton, which will be a collection of   classic designs with Indian touch presented by Pia Grace Designer Label for Men would go to her NGO. Pia and her partner Mr Rahul Bawankule are also planning to get into the business of producing films in the near future.
