A10 Networks Makes Public Debut on New York Stock Exchange

DELHI / BANGALORE, India - April 1, 2014
A10 Networks,
a technology leader in application networking, celebrated the
completion of its initial public offering on March 21 at the NYSE under
the ticker symbol "ATEN."
To
highlight this company milestone, Founder and CEO Lee Chen and Asia
Pacific Japan Vice President Hayato Koeda, joined by members of A10
Networks' leadership team, visited the NYSE trading floor to witness the
stock opening and rang the NYSE Opening Bell to celebrate A10 Networks'
first day as a publicly traded company.

A10 Networks stock rose by 8 percent on the first day after it raised $187.5 million by selling its IPO shares.
