Mumbai, 20 November 2019: Azent Overseas Education Ltd, an online offline EdTech Startup founded by Atul Nishar (Founder Hexaware Technologies Ltd and Aptech Ltd ) and his daughter Priyanka Nishar has acquired Bangalore based, Admission, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven online platform for overseas University admission counselling.
