Mumbai, 22 May 2015:
Bangkok, the ‘City of Angels’ just upped its beauty quotient as it welcomes a
contingent of models competing for the Miss Indian Princess Contest.
One of the 27 young Indian beauties currently in Bangkok
will be crowned Miss Indian Princess and will later represent India on the
international stage at pageants such as Miss Intercontinental 2015, Miss
Tourism International 2015 and Top Model of the World.
The grand finale, which will crown the winner, will be held
at Rangsit University in Bangkok.
The Indian Princess organization works for the social cause
of educating underprivileged girl child in the remote and rural regions of
India.
Contestants are currently participating in photoshoots
leading up to the main event on May 24 with Bangkok’s beautiful vistas playing
backdrop. They are also making the most of their time in one of India’s
favourite tourist destinations – Thailand by visiting local attractions in an
around Bangkok, such as Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall, Samphran Elephant Ground
and Zoo, and Amphawa Floating Market.
According to industry insiders the organization chose
Thailand due to support from Thai Airways and the Tourism Authority of Thailand
and more importantly on account of the ease of procuring permissions to shoot.
