FashionAndYou opens three new distribution centers to reduce its delivery timelines

Added locations to cater to growing demand from various geographies and resulting in better delivery timelines

New Delhi, December 23, 2014: FashionAndYou, India’s leading flash website in fashion and lifestyle space has opened three new sourcing & distribution hubs in Surat, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The additional capacity will help source and distribute goods faster and cater to all geographies with lesser dependency on main distribution center located in Gurgaon along with reduction in delivery timelines further.

FashionAndYou’s CEO Aasheesh Mediratta said, “In view of better delivery timelines and to source locally we recently opened our new fulfillment centers at three new locations; Surat, Mumbai & Bengaluru. This will not only ensure faster deliveries and better customer experience but will also support our trade partners to stock locally and ship goods directly to our customers nationwide.”

Besides the main distribution centre in Gurgaon, Surat hub became operational in July this year, followed by Mumbai hub in November & Bengaluru hub in December. While opening of fulfillment centers in Surat & Mumbai led to almost 45%-50% increase in orders from Western region; Bengaluru hub which became operation only recently should follow the trend.
