It is so rightly said,the way to a man's heart is through his stomach and if its a healthy heart 'Voila' so i would rather say this Anuradha Sawhneys book.THE VEGAN KITCHEN Bollywood Style has all the ingredients to please every one in your family and in a healthy way,we all have our comfort dishes and if you go through the book,you will find many and bang on with a difference that will please your palate,I liked the compilation of the book as she has involved many a celebrity to share their vegan dishes.
I tried a few and yes they turned out really yummy,though i would say i detested Methi leaves [fenugreek] but the Pulao [by ANITA DONGRE] really made me think there is some thing i missed for so many years.
The book also focuses on the many dietary values of vegetableswhich is a real eye opener .The many tips in the book should'nt be missed because they are really helpful.
The best way to fry onions without oil,and stocking up vegetable stock are some of the very useful tips in this book.Though i am a bit sceptical about using tofu in deserts,but its my personnel choice,if you like tofu there are a few very good recipes to look into.So all i wll say is its agood buy and people dig into healthy food and remain healthy.
