Will Pursue Solutions as a Bridge Between Government and Industry
Mumbai , 25th (Representative): The Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MACCIA) has taken a significant initiative to resolve pending issues in Pune's prominent and rapidly developing Chakan industrial area. A meeting was recently held with office bearers of local industrial associations, followed by detailed discussions regarding the entrepreneurs' problems with Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Industry Minister Uday Samant.
Local entrepreneurs are facing severe difficulties due to basic issues such as traffic congestion, dilapidated infrastructure, and shortcomings in power and water supply in the Chakan industrial belt. Against this backdrop, MACCIA has shown readiness to work out solutions in coordination with local organizations. The Chamber will aggressively advocate for these issues with the administration as a strong link between the state government and the industrial sector.
