Mumbai to go Beyond Boundaries with INK2014

MUMBAI, 30th September, 2014: The 5th edition of the INK Conference will be held at The Grand Hyatt, Mumbai and aims to provide a platform to a stellar group of achievers from diverse disciplines and geographies.  This year, the Conference goes ‘Beyond Boundaries’ and is inspired by the human capacity to defy labels, limitations and status quo to launch rockets to Mars, take on global challenges, and imagine a new future. With this year’s theme, INK2014 is looking to collectively gather inspirational thoughts, stories and perspectives of those who truly think beyond boundaries.
Spanning three days from October 31st to November 2nd, the conference will witness the participation of more than 50 speakers from various fields who will deliver their thought-provoking talks over 10 sessions, each uniquely named to represent path breaking ideation.

The Conference will also be streamed live and uncut to an audience of over 400 people at the American School Of Bombay campus. INK Live 2014 will consist of collaborative workshops, direct interactions with select speakers from the Conference, engaging discussions and other fun filled learning activities with peers.

The INK Conference is being co-hosted by eminent personalities including Daniel Kraft – Stanford and Harvard trained physician-scientist; David Rowan – the erudite editor of the UK edition of WIRED magazine; Jordan Brandt – Futurist at Autodesk; Neeraj Arora – the “business guy” at Whatsapp; Neil Mehta – listed in Fortune “30 under 30” finance deal makers; Shantanu Moitra – National Award winning Music Director, Composer and Vani Kola – one of the most successful Venture Capitalists in India.
Some of the renowned speakers spanning across a wide variety of disciplines and geographical regions include “Anupama Chopra  – a dynamic journalist and Bollywood chronicler; Henry Kaiser  – Musician; Kunal Bahl – Founder of Snapdeal; Neil Jacobstein  an authority on Robotics and Artificial intelligence and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy  Oscar winning film maker”
The speakers also include members of this year’s INK Fellows Program which identifies young change-makers around the world such as Arunima Sinha - world’s first female amputee to climb Mount Everest; Anjney Midha – youngest partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; Aurelie Chauleur- world music producer; Dhairya Dand & Daniel Leithinger  MIT Media Lab and INK Fellows; Neeraj Kakkar – Co-founder, Hector Beverages; Shipra Jain – CMO at Bluestone andShravani Hagargi – Social entrepreneur from Hubli.
