Say howdy to the first ever Chili’s food festival in India
With more than nine new or signature dishes and nearly 25 different preparations, Chili’s food festival delivers bold explosion of flavors in every bite

Mumbai, 18 February 2014: Chili’s® Grill & Bar, the leading American casual dining restaurant chain, is bringing its first ever food festival to the city of Mumbai from March 3 to March 20 at the Powai outlet. Chili’s, which started in 1975 in Dallas, Texas with 11 Southwestern-inspired dishes and trademark beverages, has now grown to an international restaurant chain serving America’s favorites “Like No Place Else.” During the festival, guests will enjoy a 15 percent discount on a carefully selected range of appetizers, soups and chili, salads, burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, chicken and seafood entrees, fajitas, ribs, steaks and desserts.
The food festival aims to celebrate Chili’s exciting new menu additions as well as signature recipes, giving locals a taste of the brand’s culinary bestsellers. Chili’s India recently introduced many new items to the menu including the brand’s legendary Baby Back Ribs, which are grilled to perfection to ensure the pork falls right off the bone. As part of the festival, guests can also enjoy for a limited time other notable new menu items like Atlantic Salmon served with an Orange Habanero glaze, Bold Calamari, the mouth-watering Bacon Burger, Tex Mex-inspired Burritos, hot and spicy Southwestern Chipotle Vegetable Soup and Three Cheese Garlic Bread.
So invite friends and family down to Powai and dig into the Tripple Dipper, which combines the guest’s choice of three favorite appetizers, Bold Nachos or Bottomless Tostada Chips and Salsa, all the while quenching your thirst with Chili’s signature Presidente Margarita®. For those looking for a different twist on salads, the Quesadilla Explosion Salad featuring fresh field greens hand tossed with either Chicken or Paneer is a great option.
A Chili’s food festival would not be complete without the signature Terlingua Chili, a hearty beef dish synonymous with the brand and its nearly 1,600 restaurants worldwide. The restaurant will also offer Southwestern Chipotle Vegetable Soup as vegetarian option to the famous chili.
For the burger and sandwich fanatics, guests can take their pick from the Grilled Chicken Burger (available with Paneer) or the Jalapeno Vegetable Burger. Popular Southwest favorites like Bacon Ranch or Vegetable & Cheese Quesadillas, Crispy Corn Tacos and Chipotle Chicken Burritos are also available. Additionally, guests can feast on the brand’s famous Mushroom Jack Fajitas served with either Chicken or Paneer or the Trio Fajita.

For the main course, there is the boldly-flavored Honey Chili Crispers or the Tortilla Crusted Chicken, while seafood enthusiasts can satisfy their tastebuds with the Habanero Glazed Salmon featuring fresh Atlantic Salmon, Chipotle Basa made with fresh Vietnamese Basa or New Orleans Jambalaya. For those who crave meat, Chili’s offers a wide variety of Southwest favorites like Baby Back Ribs and Grilled Steak with Demi Glaze. To complete the dining experience, guests are invited to enjoy the sweet and savory tastes of the brand’s decadent Molten Chocolate Cake and Paradise Pie.
