Bank of Baroda bags First Prize from HE President of India under Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar Scheme

Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Baroda is seen recieving the Award from His Excellency Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble President of India also seen is Shri Rajnath Singh,  Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.

Bank of Baroda has been awarded with the First Prize under All India Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar Scheme of Govt. of India for outstanding performance in Official Language Implementation under the category of nationalized banks in linguistic region “B”, for the year 2014-15. The award was received by Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank from the hands of His Excellency Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India in a function held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs Shri Rajnath Singh was also present in the function. Shri Ravi kumar Arora, General Manager (in charge- Official Language) and Dr. Jawahar Karnavat, Asst. General Manager (OL) were present on the occasion on behalf of the Bank.
