Winners of Worthiness conferred Wockhardt Foundation with ‘Outstanding Social Service Award’

Winners of Worthiness (WOW) honored Wockhardt Foundation, a not-for-profit organization with ‘Outstanding Social Service Award’ for their work and achievement in the social welfare sphere. The award was conferred by Shobhaa Arya, owner and founder of WOW.
Recognizing the daunting challenges in the field of healthcare, education and sanitation, Sir Dr. Huz (Huzaifa Khorakiwala), CEO, Trustee, Wockhardt Foundation, pioneered many programmes and services which helped bridge the gaps in the delivery and benefits to reach the needy. Thereby, making a mark in the social welfare sphere, especially in rural India. Presently, Wockhardt Foundation has been providing social services to rural areas across India in several states-Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha, Punjab, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Chattisgarh and Delhi.
Sharing his views, Sir Dr. Huz, said, “I thank Winners of Worthiness for acknowledging our contribution towards the society. With our various programmes and services we are trying to provide solutions to the challenges faced by the people in rural and remote areas. We aim to further enhance our outreach and service delivery to needy section of the society.”
