"It is an overall mixed feeling, my expectation on service tax waiver for product startups has not been met, I am tad disappointed here, but the budget looks promising though because there are takeaways for every section of the society, right from super rich to poor.
Corporate tax deduction has revived the positive sentiments in the industry, efforts to cut down red tapism for growing the ease of doing business will create lot of job opportunities. Hike on service tax was a little shocker, which was balanced with introduction of GST from April 2016.
The initiatives for smart city, exemptions towards Swacch Bharat and clean Ganga project shows the long term vision of this government. Apartment communities which have started going digital have adopted government initiatives on Swacch Bharat by replicating a Swacch Society initiative within their apartment complex. ApartmentADDA has been contributing to Swacch Bharat initiative by gifting a standee with message of Swacch Bharat Swacch Society to those apartment complex who are registered on ApartmentADDA."
